Yes. Seeker paid plans (Initiate and Adept) include a 7-day free trial. Reader paid plans (Seer) include a 14-day trial. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.

Yes. When a seeker pays for a reading, Arcana's commission is deducted before the remainder is deposited to your wallet. You see both amounts clearly in your earnings dashboard.

A booking is marked complete once the reading session ends. Cancellations within 24 hours are fully refunded to the seeker and carry no commission for the reader.

Yes, on the Adept plan. Gift readings are delivered as unique booking links the recipient can schedule at their convenience with any available reader.

The Oracle tier is for established readers with a proven track record. Applications are reviewed by our team, and we look for consistent ratings, volume, and community engagement. Most decisions are made within one week.
