• Contact information: name, email, and any information you provide when contacting us directly.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and provide the Arcana platform services.

Your Reading Journal and Session Data

Your reading journal entries, card draw history, mood tracking, and session notes are private by default. This data is never shared with other users, sold to third parties, or used for advertising. Readers can see session notes they create about their own clients, but cannot access your personal journal entries.

Email Communications

We send transactional emails related to your account activity (booking confirmations, reminders, payout notifications). We may also send occasional product updates or announcements. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time using the link included in every email. We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Arcana platform:

Reading journal entries and session history are permanently deleted when you delete your account.
